Elana Sonnenberg, business consultant and psychologist, is presenting an interactive, energy charged 2-hour talk/workshop where participants will be introduced to the idea of building a personal mind-set that they can draw on in times of high change.  This becomes a helpful tool to have and will help a person navigate themselves through times of chaos.

The talk will draw on her personal experiences of chaos and change and how she developed a viewpoint on identifying the signs of chaos, the need for change and the perspective that is required to move through it.
